Large Antique Painted Metal Birdcage

Product description

Vintage cottage or farmhouse style red wire mesh and metal framed bird cage which as a distressed finish. The cage features a pagoda-style, hexagonal red roof with scalloped edges and an integrated top hanging hook. Inside, there are several perches and small feeder dishes, indicating it was designed for use with live birds. A pull-out tray at the bottom would have allowed for easier cleaning. Great for usage as a planter or simple rustic home and garden decor.
